Roman Daniels is a suit specialist with an extensive supply chain that can offer a large spectrum of product. Roman Daniel’s customers are from all walks of life from the entry level assistant to the CEO.

With an established corporate profile it has successfully expanded into the corporate apparel space supplying companies with wardrobe solutions for the various segments of their staff. From Front of House to Operations, Services as well as Executives and the Board.

 

Building a Corporate Wardrobe

With the client we establish a collection that is a combination of bespoke items, Roman Daniels stock items and items from one of our key suppliers. All depending on the individual requirements of each organization.

We then make the collection available on a web portal. This can vary in sophistication depending on the needs of the client from a link page on our website to a fully integrated site with it’s own URL.

 

The Process

Westpac came to us wanting to update the suiting their concierge and security staff were wearing throughout their major offices.
  • We identified a suitable 120s fine merino textile available in both mens and womens that would perform daily for the staff ensuring they were both comfortable and presentable.
  • Suiting had to be from a stock line so that there were no issues with outfitting new staff as they came on board as well as when new sites where added and/or overhauled.
  • We designed suitable ties and scarves with the client.
  • We created a link to our integrated website to facilitate ordering as per staff member's requirements.


With over 900 properties around the country in their PAM group. JLL wanted to standardise what their staff and contractors were wearing whilst taking into consideration their different job roles, clothing and climate needs.
  • We segmented staff into relevant groups – Front of House, Services, Operations.
  • We identified what product would need to be bespoke and what product could be off the shelf from one of our key suppliers.
  • We went through a design process for all bespoke product.
  • We shot all product on JLL staff and created a web portal for clear and simple ordering.

Staff members can visit one of 70 odd locations around the country to have their key measurements taken by a local tailor.

These are then sent via the web portal to HQ where a suit closest to their size is sent out. We can also offer alteration services where required.

For more basic garments concise size charts and measuring guides can be included on the portal to help staff order the right size much as per most standard online apparel websites.

  • Made To Order

    At the top end of the spectrum we offer a Made To Order service made from the finest Italian fabrics airfreighted direct from Biella near Milan to our factory. We can fit your board members and/or executives in one of our off the rack suit blocks and then make any necessary alterations from there. Our service is well known in banking circles as well as government.
